As we enter into Spring Vacation, some students will be going on vacations, however our Trinity Spring Athletes will be on the field for double practice sessions and double headers. Baseball had an extremely successful week winning all three of their games, trumping Timberlane, Merrimack, and Salem. Softball also had a successful week, they started their week giving top ranked Goffstown an extremely close game losing 4-5. The team then faced West in a double header, the girls won the first game by twelve and the second game by seven. Lacrosse played top ranked Monadnock Valley, the team made Monadnock work for their 4-11 victory. Girls' and boys' tennis did not play this week.

This week Trinity Spring sports went into full swing. Boys Lacrosse
lost both of their games this week, their next games next week should be very
competitive. Boys’ tennis won their first game last week on April 5, but
following that game they have hit a rough patch of four losses. Softball faced
an out of division game this week against Central, despite giving Central an
extremely competitive game the girls lost after a nine running inning for
Central in the 5th. They lost 11 to 3. Girls’ Tennis has been on a
role, winning all six of their first matches. Baseball lost all three of their games this week;
the team gave a good effort but has struggled to close out a game.

Baylor and Notre Dame face off tonight for the women's national championship. If Baylor wins they will be the first team to ever reach 40-0 is NCAA Women's basketball. Dont worry though Notre Dame won't go down easy, they will fight to the end. The Irish our the among the best free throw shooting an passing teams. The game comes down to Baylor's defense vs Notre Dames strong offense.

With the men's championship game tomorrow some of us may be forgetting about the Women's tournament. Notre Dame just beat UCONN in overtime to head to the National Championship. Baylor and Stanford play next, with Baylor be able to pull off win 39?? And will it be a match up between the two most talked about Women's Basketball players this year, we know Diggins is there but can Griner continue to shine?
