Today Baseball entered their second game of the playoffs. Their opponent was Concord, the number one team in the league. The boys refused to be intimidated, and the game was close all the way through. Trinity scored first and was leading for the majority of the game. However, a gradual come back resulted in Concord coming back to go up 5-4 and going on to win the game.

Baseball faced Londonderry this Thursday, sophomore Carmen Giampetruzzi started for the pioneers. Londonderry had home field advantage, however Trinity quickly took over the game. The boys advanced to the next round winning 4-2. They will play Concord this Sunday. Girls Tennis also also began their playoff run this week, they facd the number one team in the league, St. Thomas. The girls game St. Thomas a hard felt match, but they were unable to beat the number one seed.

Girls' softball played their final game today against Con-Val. The game marked the end of two four year varsity starters, Kelsey Nalette and Lauren Sietz. These two co-captains this year finished their careers strong, but you could see the sadness on both of their faces as the final out was called in the top of the ninth. Kelsey will be continuing on with her softball career as she has chosen to play D3 college ball next year, but for Lauren her softball career has come to an end. Sietz plans to attend Syracuse University next year.

Lacrosse lost their first three games this week, but they were able to come up with their second win of the season against Laconia to end the week and their season. Boys' tennis also completed their season this week losing to both Con Val and Bishop Brady. Girls' tennis lost their first two games of the week, but held on to win their last game of the regular season. Playoffs for the girls begin next week. Softball lost both their games this week. They lost to rough games to Bedford and Windham, these two losses meant that they would not qualify for this year's playoffs. The girls will have one final game next Monday. Baseball struggled in the beginning of the week, losing their first two games, but they managed to end the week on a good note beating Spaulding 4-1.

This week boys' baseball won both their games as they faced Dover and Winnacunnet. The team shut out Dover on Monday winning 2-0. On Friday they beat Winnacunnet 4-3. Boys' Lacrosse played three games this week against Kearsarge, Milford, and Con-Val. The boys played well scoring an average of seven goals, however they were unable to win any of their games. Also this week boys' tennis played three games, but they two were unable to come up with a win. Girls' softball struggled this week too, losing all three of their games. Girls' Tennis lost their first game this week, however they emerged victorious in their game against Hollis/Brookline on Tuesday.

This week began with a both girls' and boys' tennis facing Oyster River, but despite competitive play in both the boys' and girls' matches, neither the boys' or girls' were able to come up with the win. As the week continued the girls' won one game and loss the other, while the boys struggled losing both of their games. Boys Lacrosse faced two of the top teams in their division this week, they held their own but were not able to emerge victorious. Baseball faced Memorial and Alvirne, but they too were unable to come up with a win. Girls' Softball got their third win of the season this week when they beat Kingswood by a score of 4-2.
